Every RFQ, BOL, POD or rate con landing in the operations inbox is read and typed into the system by hand. The team spends two to four hours a day on that entry, across fifty to two hundred documents. The cost is double: operator hours and typos that break the Q2C.

The load gets created without typing the doc at all
The agent reads the inbox every minute, classifies the type and extracts the fields with OCR. If confidence clears the threshold, it creates or updates the load in the TMS with a link to the source email; if not, it sends it to the operator queue. No manual entry.
