Without Silia
- Two to five days per file
- RFC validated by hand on SAT
- File incomplete at quoting
Part of the Broker
Collects the client's documents over WhatsApp, reads them with OCR and validates the RFC against SAT, leaving the client file complete and ready to quote.
Document collection is the broker's most predictable bottleneck. The advisor requests them over WhatsApp, the client sends them in loose messages over days and someone validates the RFC on SAT by hand. The cycle takes two to five days and the file reaches quoting incomplete.
The client sends a photo over WhatsApp and the agent does the rest: reads the document with OCR, validates the RFC against SAT and cross-checks the documents. It spots what is missing and asks at once. Once complete, it notifies the advisor and leaves it ready.
What the agent does in your operation.
WhatsApp request
Guides the client over WhatsApp or email and asks for each document with clear format instructions, with no form for them to fill in.
Validation against SAT
Reads the ID, tax certificate, deed and proof with OCR and validates the RFC against SAT, confirming it matches the certificate sent.
Document cross-check
Cross-checks data across documents: the name on the ID against the deed, the address on the proof against the fiscal one and each validity.
File ready to quote
Once it is all validated, it notifies the advisor and leaves the file complete in the CRM, ready for the Quoting and AML agents to consume.

Quotes across every carrier at once, normalizes the replies into a comparison with three scenarios and spots the client's coverage gaps with the broker rules.
Handles every lead over WhatsApp, web or email in under 30 seconds, scores it against the broker's ICP and assigns it to the right advisor with full context.
Detects each expiry ahead of time, requotes with the current carrier and alternatives, contacts the client and runs the renewal once the client approves.
Runs the client's KYC and KYB validation against the existing providers, classifies the result and issues the auditable compliance token needed to issue.
Guides the advisor through issuance, validates the documents against the brief, runs the transaction in the carrier and syncs CRM, ERP and the doc manager.
